Terms of Service

BuyLow AI ("BuyLow AI") is operated by K-One Group LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("K-One Group", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using BuyLow AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What BuyLow AI does

BuyLow AI shows estimated payouts from buyback and resale sites, a suggested maximum offer, and listings you might buy. BuyLow AI is available in the United States.

Quotes are estimates

Prices come from third-party sites, either live, cached for up to 60 days, or from dated snapshots, and each one is labeled. Those sites set and change their own prices, inspect items themselves, and can pay less or refuse an item. BuyLow AI doesn't guarantee any payout, profit or listing. Check the final offer on the buyer's site before you buy or sell.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be 18 or older.
• You can stop using BuyLow AI at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing karwanatta1@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

• Only buy or sell items you have the right to sell. No stolen, blacklisted, counterfeit or illegal goods.
• Don't misuse the service. That includes overloading it, scraping it, trying to get into other people's accounts, or using it to harass sellers.
• Follow the rules of any marketplace or buyer site you use through BuyLow AI.

Third-party sites

BuyLow AI links to and reads public information from other sites, such as buyback sites, eBay, Swappa, OfferUp, Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. We aren't responsible for their content, prices, policies or transactions. Any deal you make is between you and the other party.

No warranty and limits of liability

BuyLow AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, K-One Group LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on a quote, a listing or a third party. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or BuyLow AI will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. When we do, we'll update this page and the date above. If you keep using BuyLow AI after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
